Ads need to be submitted electronically by 1/30 to Kimberlyjdeweese@gmail.com.  While we would greatly prefer the ads be sent as a jpg, png or gif file fully formatted, if you need formatting assistance, we can help by adding text to a photo.  Ads can be 1/4 page (4.25” x 5.5” or portrait view), 1/2 page (8.5” x 5.5” or landscape view) or full page (8.5” x 11”).  Remember this is a digital program.  All ads will be shown both nights and available on the recorded program.  Ads will not be placed in the program until payment has been received.
